Paper Filing Although we recommend electronic filing, you may occasionally need to submit your payment requests on paper. To help expedite the process, we've implemented new technology that electronically scans, sorts, and stores your paper claims. This reduces manual keying errors and improves the response time on your paper claims. You can help us by adhering to the following guidelines when completing and submitting paper claims:
