Sample CIGNATURE Rx ID Card

New CIGNATURE Rx members, as well as renewing members that changed their benefit plan selection, received a new 2007 CIGNATURE Rx ID Card (shown below). 2006 CIGNATURE Rx members that did not change their benefit plan selection did not receive a new ID card and can continue to use their 2006 ID card. Please note the location of static RX BIN and PCN numbers.
