How do I report a claim?
You can report your claim by phone, fax, web or mail. We make it as easy as possible to begin the process. You may check the status of your claim by logging into myCIGNA If you do not have a registration ID and password, you will need to register for one before accessing your claim information. Please wait 48 hours from the time you filed your claim before checking the status of your claim.

Are there any other programs I should know about?

• CIGNA's Life Assistance Program is designed to supplement our protection of your physical self with legal, financial, mental health, and other services designed to help protect the rest of you.
• CIGNA's Social Security Assistance helps guide you through the Social Security claims process.
