Behavioral Health Coverage
Your Cigna health plan offers access to both in-person and virtual providers for therapy, psychiatry, and coaching services.
To find a behavioral health provider, log in to myCigna.com® > Wellness > Mental Health Support. Select the condition you need help with, then choose whether you want to see a virtual or local provider. From here, you’ll see all your available provider options.
Vision Coverage
Having regular eye exams is one of the best ways to help keep your vision healthy. Cigna vision coverage offers flexibility and choice, with one of the largest specialty networks of routine vision care professionals in the nation. 1Cigna contacts all nominated providers in an effort to recruit them into the network; however, Cigna cannot guarantee that they will be added to the network. Please be advised that the credentialing process for a provider can take up to 90 days.
